We actually met Raina at an open house she was hosting for one of her listings. On arrival, she gave us the news that her client accepted an offer that morning, but they were still hosting the open house to solicit back-up offers. The thing she did next was what sparked the immediate connection - she pulled out a list of other open houses (not hosted by her) to make sure we didn't waste a Saturday driving out to the area. That small gesture to make sure we were able to look at homes, even if it didn't benefit her in any way, helped build her credibility in caring for people.

We reached out to Raina a few weeks later to help us look at other homes, and she really does her homework. I remember walking into homes, and she had her folder with inspection details, estimated costs to fix/repair things, recommendations on what was worth fixing, what homes were worth just walking away from, and what level of wear was expected for the area and age of the home. That level of homework and detail allowed us to focus on how our lives would fit into the home instead of thinking about the inspection details on first visit.

In the end, Raina helped us find the perfect home for us. She was very communicative during the negotiation process, helped through the closing process, and was in active communication with the lenders, the listing agent, and the different vendors we had in/out of the property. We already have recommended Raina to close friends, and we will continue to do so.
